more pictures when it gets put a bit more together, wiring is going to be a c*nt, only modification needed, is some trimming of the top plastic that sits flush against the windshield.

btw, looking for a charcoal top dash peice.

and someone hook me up with a wiring diagram for the main harness plug on the dash, im having a hell of a time with alldata.

Well, if you can't find anything else, I've got a tan dash in perfect shape you can have for super cheap. Two tone is the new pegs on VS.

2 tone is the new pain in my ass lol, nah i have a full 2k v70r interior going in it so that would be a bit of a pita.

as for the felt on the seams, what seams? like the top plastic peice that follows the windshield( the peice i cut) im already going to put felt on that or some kind of trim to clean up the cut, although you can barely see it at all.

i was very suprised to see that the entire ventilation system is identical on the x70 as the 850s.

I'll bet yours won't rattle too.

ill do my best =P

someone help me out with this wiring situation, the v70 dash main harness plug on the driver side is like 4 or 5 plugs that plug into one big harness plug, the 850 is one big plug, i need a pin out for both harnesses so i can splice them.

I would of swapped the full wireharness personally.

Thats what I am doing on my 00 laserblue

I am going to put a full 98 wireharness in the 00 so I can use a 98 or older tranny and not have the issues of the POS tranny used in 00

Okay I found an S70 one.

http://pliki.volvo.techno.org.pl/volvotechinfo/tp3932202_s70_v70_c70coupe_1998_wiring_diagrams_section_3_39.pdf

The pdf is 75 megs so... and check out page 25.

Oh and check out page 15 of the Instrument Panel for the 850 one.

Lemme know how it turns out.

i could do that, seems like a shit ton of work but maybe you will convince me other wise, i have the entire car so i have all that stuff, are you just replacing the entire harness through out the engine bay, fuse box, relay box etc..?

the car has a manual and im using megasquirt on the motor, so all thats left is like all the climate control, lights, abs, all that junk.

thanks burnsy!
