Mossback
I ran across a american car dealership who is advertising an 04 S60R for $12K and some change. Mileage is 55K. That price seemed pretty low for a dealership (even American) when I am generally seeing R's in that vintage generally going for over $20K. I know the manual tranny can depress the value a little for the general public. I am just curious what sort of prices are out there on these. Che'_Moderator
One on Ebay now with a buy it now of 11k. 12-13k is about the going rate for an MY04. Well unless you ask Adam. Then they are probably 22k

Angle gear is most common, but I don't really know of anything else thats a major problem with all of them. And if you get an Auto, get 06-07, better trans (6 speed) - plus they run low 14's stock with the auto ;)

CoRalV70
Slave cylinders, electrical problems, oil consumption/ sludge, radiators cracking... angle gears as mentioned. All known issues with these, and mine has/had them all.

Emiel
Buy JoshV70's S60R. I would buy it unseen and undriven if there wasn't a ocean between us (and if i had a bit extra money).
