Blue Smoke In Vacuum And Right After.....

So, I went and drove the hills with my buddy today, and I notice my car really smokes. Normal everyday driving it does, not, but it does a ton when coasting down the mountain in vacuum, and then when I get on the throttle out of the that. It also does it when I'm under hard acceleration sometimes. I'm thinking maybe turbo blow by??? I have a 99 S70 lpt with a 13G. 145K and receantly got a stage 2 tune.

I noticed when the car is hot (driving the hills a lot) it will only boost 4psi MAX! When I start driving it will do 10-11 and after I let it rest for a bit it will do that again.

I use mobile 1 synthetic and keep an eye on the levels. Car runs great.

It also, blows oil out of the turboxs BOV

Is it normal to blow oil out of it??????
