The main difference is in the orifice restriction. The HD TCV we currently offer has the aluminum portion of the valve custom spec'd for proper operation. In M4.4 and ME7 models the orifice in the factory TCV is intentionally and our valve had to match that. For BCS models the orifice is different and while it did work in testing there were some erratic boost conditions from time to time and I suspect that is why. Once my prototype gets here I'll continue testing and verify its operation. I'll likely have valves ready for 850 models in the near future, probably toward the middle of July. I'll be providing a special discount for VS members shortly on this part, but didn't want to offer it until we have more units in stock. The next batch is coming in on or about June 30th.
