Well it can be faster if you were to upgrade to a T5 tune w/ 16T turbo versus the stock 13C on the GLT. This is because of the higher displacement and higher compression ratio in the GLT.

Well I'm looking at buying a different car. I've had 2 people tell me go GLT. What are the pros of T5 versus GLT?

t5 is the more commonly built motor, lower compression allows for higher boost levels. the glt has more low end because of the higher compression but lacks the top end power the t5 allows for.

It depends on how much money and how much horsepower you are planning on making.

T5 has more total power, GLT has the power sooner.

I see, I see. OK so if i want torque, I want a GLT. Are there any cool options on T5 that'd I'd be missing out on?
