leurven
Any guidelines for aiming headlights with an HID kit?

I have no information regarding this other than what a Google search comes up with. Each DMV may have their own rules about it. I'd suggest doing a Google search or finding someone certified in aiming headlights.
TurboS60
John, do you know if my replacement ballast was shipped out yet for Nick?
leurven
John, do you know if my replacement ballast was shipped out yet for Nick?

You're going to have to send me an email if you want any information. I have no idea what your name is that you ordered under or even when you may have sent a ballast back. RMAs are typically taken care of within 10 business days and I send tracking whenever something is shipped to you. If you don't have tracking then I suspect nothing has been shipped to you. Runamok
Got mine today. Thanks John, I'm quite pleased. Did you go with the 35W or 55W? I'm planning on ordering this week but I'm undecided about whether to get the 35W or 55W kit. These things strike me as being cop bait, especially in Ottawa. EVL WAGN
Awesome deals as always Johnny boy...I'll be sending you some cake very soon for the Mazda 5 as well. At that price...I might just have to do both the headlights and fogs!
NHvolvo88
+Jon is a great guy to work with. The HIDs act weird in my car, but his customer service is A+++++++++. Still haven't installed the new cancelers jon, but once I settle down in my dorm I will get on it. mine have been acting weird and eventually blew and he is quick to email but slow to act so get on the problem ASAP. OniFactor
is it pointless to use regular high beams, when you have HIDs? just trying to figure out what i wanna do..
leurven
is it pointless to use regular high beams, when you have HIDs? just trying to figure out what i wanna do.. Not necessarily. High beams point light in a different direction than low beams - they are designed to go farther ahead and wider. I still take advantage of mine - I may end up making them HID also though. John

Modus
yep I caught it later on. Set ordered. Hey just one question. Can you flash your HIDs as to wave traffic along in letting the other person go ahead ethic. Or is that not advised?
