I want a double din unit with (possibly) navi, 2 RCA outputs, and a detachable faceplate. I absolutely need a secondary subwoofer controller. My Xplode unit has it and I love it. My past units only controlled bass collectively. My Xplode unit controls bass (for the speakers) and SUB (for the subwoofer) as a secondary control. This meets all your requirements, but costs a bit...kinda surprising that detachable faces are so uncommon, but then the chance of them getting trashed while you're carrying them around must be high. Thanks The website says it has front, rear, and sub outputs, which means that the subwoofer has its own preamp output and therefore is controlled separately. Yea. This unit is really nice and sleek. But I would not take having 2 sub outputs as the end all be all of controlling the subs. Its nice. But I would rather control it from the unit itself if I were to pay over $200 for a single unit. This is just for me to gather some info and look into different options. I have a head unit that I will be using in my new t5, so I will not be without my subs But probably around Christmas time, I will be seriously looking into getting a new unit.
