Brad850
Alright sooo..since my dashboard creaks a lot I decided to pull it apart and follow the pinned thread for repairing it. I began by pulling out the top of the dashboard and the gauge cluster and this is what i found... Sorry for the crappy picture but you get the point. Is there any way I can reconnect it with bondo or something?
MyCarIsRed
from what i can tell it's a plastic panel of sorts? Get 2 mending plates from hware store (like 3/4" x 4" with 4 matching holes, preferably smaller holes). Stick one on with tape, lengthwise across the crack. drill holes through plastic while holding the crack closed. place the other plate on the other side and either pop rivet or bolt them together, sandwiching the plastic. You want the holes in the plates and the holes in the plastic to be as close to the size of the rivet/bolt as possible so it's a nice snug fit. If you use bolts use nyloc nuts and don't go nutzo tightening them, like 1/8 turn past tight will do. You should be able to position the plates so that they don't interfere with anything or rub on the dash pad. If the assembly is nice and snug, and has little to no wiggle room, you'll never think of it again.

BIG DOG
Another good trick for plastic parts is crazy glue and baking soda .Strong as heck and easy to use get the two together and experiment you will figure out how to use it.The baking soda will harden the glue instantly and it can be built up or filed down and it is strong.Don't get it on anything you don't want glued together ...like your hand and forehead or worse.......
