I Don'T Even Know Where To Start

I scanned my car (1999 V70R Wagon) for problems with my obd2 and it came up with these codes:

P1238

P0121

P1175

P1172

P1651

It recently started barely being able to hold an idle and dies sometimes when idling. Sometimes, the motor wont put out more than 2500 RPM's and it will only go about 15mph. When I can actually get it moving faster, I've noticed a HUGE drop in power. It feels like the turbo isn't even there. I don't really know how to fix it. Can anybody help me out a bit?

I think you have a few things going on here. The 1238,1175 and 1172 are probably because of a vacuum leak, my guess would be one of the lines to the turbo from the TCV.

The 0121 is just a MIL request code, but the 1651 combined with a poor idle would make me suspect a fault with the throttle. A vacuum leak will exaggerate this condition. Have you seen the pinned ETM thread at the top of this forum?
