beadgc23
Here... Vifa are a known mid-high end speaker company and these look like a steal for the X70 98-2000 series.
yangotang
tempting.... that fits both front and rear doors, right?
beadgc23
tempting.... that fits both front and rear doors, right? Right. Thing is, they're quite deep. 3 1/4 inches, which means spacers or metalwork up front (using the factory mounts) and carving away the plastic "tunnels" for the rears. IIRC! I lucked out with my Bostons, they were a perfect fit both front & rear.

MyCarIsRed
wrong impedance though. not if you disconnect the dash tweeters for front and pillars for rear.
beadgc23
Those "tweeters" sound very distorted - goodbye & good riddance to them! I replaced my D pillar drivers with Boston 4 Ohm HiFi 1.5" hifi tweeters (relatively inefficient) and lucked out - they add just the right amount of depth to the ProLogic back channels without calling attention to themselves by squawking like the oem drivers. Plus they're a tonal match for the other boston component tweeters.
