Please tell me you at least pulled the manifold off to drill the holes?

what, cast aluminum isn't good for pistons?

i'm honestly terrified to see what this will do to your volvo.

we pulled off the manifold, drilled and tapped the nozzle holes, cut the throttle opening to match the gasket, installed the n/a tb, soaked it in the parts hot vat, put on a new intake gasket, and finished out all the plumbing. I may be an idiot, but i do know my way around a Volvo. I am a Volvo Master rated tech after all.

I'm not sure how I feel about this. Where the hell are your rear seats

Im not sure either, but what the hell its only money. the rear seats, and most of the other rear half of the interior, are in my garage in a pile. car lost bout 500 lbs removing everything, lmao. I know its stupid but I like it

is this what goes on down south???

Thats how we roll! just a bunch of bored idiots I guess.

I been running this stuff for years, I just started getting into my Volvos and figured wtf.

nawww you should just hook a nos hose up to your vac tree and open the bottle when you want a shot

That would be easier, btw I have heard lots of stories bout people doing that

We are starting with .010 n20 and .016 jets and going up from there. that should be a 50 horse shot. the system is capable of 500hp, but I doubt I go over .030 n20 and .020 fuel jets which should be ~150 horse shot.

adding more than a 150 puts you in the "everyone says you'll bend rods" range... tho it sounds like you'd just out better ones in. :D

Prediction: if that 50 shot goes well, there shall be lots of folks eating old words and searching ebay for kits

I think it'll handle a 50 shot no prob

I'd get a wideband though. And do your math cause 50 could end up being 200 if you fudge up jetting
