gottago Posted November 19, 2009 Report Share Posted November 19, 2009 hi guys, haven't been on for a while, but always appreciate all your help. here's my dilema, my 95 850 wagon has been running great, except the radio is started to go, loss of am/fm reception (i have ck'd and resecured antenna connections on glass, also had windows tinted which i know can affect reception) and the cassette player quit working. so i thought about going aftermarket with a basic unit, but they are talking about the external amp and rewiring the car for this. so i started looking at getting a used unit. here's my question, will a sc816 unit from a 98-2000 s70 slide right into my 95 850 wagon, replacing my sc710 unit. you guys have helped me in the past and i look forward to your advice on which way i should go. thanks in advance.
