New Speakers

I'm looking to install new speakers in my car (98 S70 GLT) and I'm wondering how complicated a process it is. Specifcally, I'm wondering about the front and rear door speakers. Looking at the doors, I wondered if the entire panel would have to be removed or just the speaker grill. I don't want to jump into it myself and risk messing up the door if it requires a major removal of parts.

If anyone who has done it has any suggestions, I welcome the feeback.

Gotta take the whole door panel off. It's really easy to take the panel off.
