Welllllllll, if I trusted you enough to take my car to you for the past 3 times it's been in a Volvo shop and you did absolutely nothing to it I would hope I had good enough reason to complain. And with how things are going by the time I get things "fixed" I won't have a car to be able to remind you not to work on.

Please don't exaggerate what I'm speaking of with pity smart jerk comments that aren't really warranted, all I want is help, not McDonalds analogies that have nothing to do with anything.

Now, when I really open my car up today and check out plugs, injectors, pull all codes (Again), etc. and find that some simple things that could've been taken care of along time ago like I requested are the reason I am having problems, then tell me I have no reason to say anything I've said.

Despite all this, much respect to you even though I seem to be getting none from you, you've helped out alot over the years and uhh sorry I have problems out of this world with the car, I'm sure you're tired of seeing my name pop up asking questions alot.
