I replaced my temp sensor also and the actual connector worked itself loose somehow and I thought it was just the sensor going bad agian but I checked the connector and the what used to be hard epoxy that held the plug recepticles into the car's wiring harness had crumbled away and they weren't connected snugly or the two recepticles were touching or something...

connected them individually then wrapped them in electric tape then slid the connector back over the plugs and it's worked like a champ since.

What boost pressure was that run at?

I'm thinking for your mods, you are probably...what...maybe 20whp shy of where it should be? Hope you get it sorted out!
