The topic explains itself will a set of 5X7s and 5.25" sound good off of the factory head which puts out 80 watts. the sensitivity rating on the 5X7's is 90dB and the 5.25"'s sensitivity is 87.5dB. each speaker will probably get 15 watts RMS I imagine or I could be dead wrong.

IMO they will run, but wont sound the best.  Plus you wont have as much power running to them, which in turn could hurt them.

Now I have a JL Audio e-4300 (4 channel) amp for sale.  $200 + shipping.

If you don't sell that before the pa meet bring it w/ you, I might want to check it out. Yeah, they won't necessarily sound the best with the stock amplifier. Your best bet would be to grab a new headunit and an aftermarket amp before you start getting speakers.

Because my mom bought me a new Volvo. And we had to sell the old Volvo, and to sell it I had to take out the aftermarket products I bought. So my sound system came out, well the BA speakers stayed in the old car, but the two amps, and sub/ and sub box came out.

Now I really feel I don't want a system anymore. It was nice for awhile, but the stock system in this S70 is nice.

back on topic... They'll sound ok, but in agreeance with everyone else, there is no point in using nice speakers with the stock HU... It's underpowered and weak. Step up and get a nice HU or better yet a JL amp(s) to go with your speakers...
