Boglin
I ordered mine from alamo racing or auto sports forget the name. Put it on last summer and boy Im glad I did. Car feels like it spools up a little quicker and seems to have a few more ponies. Dublin put one on as well and we are both happy with the gains. no issues with harmonics Dublin bent his rod due to misfires. I dont plan on taking this mod off anytime soon best $100.00 I have spent. ;)

mune237
anyone want to sell one? Underdrive pulley not the lightweight pulley. Or know who has any stock left.
impulse922
I used a gates brand belt from NAPA. No belt I have found matches Volvo OEM for quality - not even close. So needless to say it is not a 100k belt... check out ContiTech belts by Continental. Pretty sure they are the OE volvo belt maker. They make quality belts(timing belts too)

randomdude
check out ContiTech belts by Continental. Pretty sure they are the OE volvo belt maker. They make quality belts(timing belts too) i wonder if they actually make it or if its subbed out from some junk company. if it were a continental, i wouldnt hesitate to run one. when i ditched my AC compressor, i used a dayco belt (the better series, they make 2), from pepboys. it didnt seem to be lacking quality, and hasnt ever let me down. ive ran it thru some fairly deep water, and its never squeaked or anything. the commissar!
I'm have another question on the belt... The writeup in the performance section states the following: "There is a serpentine belt change required when installing the pulley, Gates K060630 which can be purchased at NAPA. This Gates belt requires the old serpentine belt routing." I looked up that belt number on the Gates site and they say that belt is 63 5/8" long. The OP sataes that 68" is perfect. 691/8" is stock So, using the 68" belt did you use the new routing? What did others use that have this installed? Opinions on the best belt setup? Boglin
According to what I read it was only a 20% reduction so the factory belt fitted just fine on my UDP.
