wheelsup
OK playing around with my seized engine car today I tried to take the oil pan off because my daily car needs it anyway so I might as well screw around with this POS. I got all the bolts including the two horizontal bolts off but the Haynes mentioned taking off the oil pump as well. That seems like quite a job, is this how it must be done? Didn't need to mess with oil pump when i dropped the pan on my previous 94 855T. I saved this useful link: http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/index.php/topic/8072-noisy-lifters-replacing-oil-pan-o-rings/
wheelsup
That's GOLD thanks! Although a quick question, I removed all the bolts and still the pan didn't want to come off. I wonder why? I hit it pretty hard too.
