Thanks in advance, Randy http://members.shaw.ca/heeeeee/strut/ 850 is the same as the S/C70. Be sure to use lots of pb-blaster or WD40 to loosen up bolts before undoing them, I managed to break a T30 bit getting the stock endlinks off because I wasn't patient enough

lcc014
I have Bilstien HD for 7 years. It is harsh to me but people like the "road feel". After all these 7 years, the strut body has rust and starts to peel off. The "base plate" (where the spring sit on the strut) is so rusty. I believe that strut is not function properly anymore. It is because when I did the front axle replacement, I tried to use the floor jack to jack up the front brake rotor a bit. The strut itself did not goes up (compressed). Instead the whole front of the car goes up. That was not what I saw long time ago when I did the control arms replacement. I just order a new pair of Bilstien TC, 2 new springs (my old springs are original - 13 years, 224k miles) and bunch of the bolts, nut, dust boot, etc from FCP Groton. I ordered the spring seats from dealer (similar price to FCP Groton) and a pair of HD sway bar end links from IPD. The rear shocks (Bilstien HD too) are still working fine. So may change them out later of this year. Ching-Ho Cheng
