Very nice.good job restoring it the car sounds great inside!! i also didnt expect to put new bilsteins in the front, new strut bearings, new abs sensors and roll all 4 fenders. now the dash is finally free of lights. but of couse the idiot taking the picture, takes it with the car not running! car now has the proper stance! Ghost Shadow Posted February 18, 2010 Author Report Share Posted February 18, 2010 Needs a manual asap if this car becomes a keeper then it will get a swap. i will know how i feel about the car in another few weeks. got the front and rear suspension sorted out. It had two bad bilsteins one was bent showing a -.2 camber. swapped in two new bilsteins, one new strut bearing. found out that the front springs were cut 1 coil. so i did the same with the rears. car is very very level and rides alot better than before. rolled front fenders so the pegs will stop running. also rolled right rear. How about a full dash shot? that's a nice find you have there, is that CF trim 3M or OEm? have no idea...its been in the car since at least 2003 any more pics with spoiler on? spoiler with 1 coil cut in the rear i was waiting for this post since u mentioned about BTCC replica you about to get. Very nice.good job restoring it Car sounds phenomenal! just installed a old headunit i had laying around, Pioneer Avic-D1, Ipod cable, Sirius satellite, Backup camera, Did some undercar LED pictures better picture of the dash. fixed the ABS module. re soldered cold solder joints. repaired corroded wire at both front ABS sensors. NO abs or tracs lights...priceless....free repair!! I got the car with abs, trac, service, srs and check engine light on ABS repair..free 20 minutes service...free removed bulb when i replaced the cluster lights SRS...free, have a Launch X431 scan tool check engine...free, gas cap loose lol. free is soo good this car is 65% done. next step is check under hood for leaks and stuff like that.
