You should bring it to the Volvos @ Ikea meet on 4/25! Even though I normally don't like big spoilers or decals, you should put the spoiler back on and get more decals so it looks identical to the real BTCC car. Even though I normally don't like big spoilers or decals, you should put the spoiler back on and get more decals so it looks identical to the real BTCC car. its getting there. wanted to get stage 0 done first. from what i seen, this car needed stage 0 big time. look at the plugs! freaking temp guage never went past 1/4. then i drained alot of the coolant and added water to check if it was running str8 coolant, temps went to 3/8's never the normal 1/2. so instead of guessing, i put new t-stat, new t-stat bolts, new ECT sensor. car also had a gross oil leak. apparently it was all coming from the oil cap, now theres nothing leaking anywhere. fresh oil and filter in the morning Its coming to the meet. When i was under there i inspected the transmission torque mount and noticed there was tons of oil on the back side of the engine. traced it back to the o-ring for the turbo return. changed lower mount and changed the turbo oil return gasket and o-ring. o-ring was bad because it was pinched during reinstallation and ripped. Previous owner must have had a real hack as his mechanic. +1 sounded great when I seen you earlier. You should decide witch way to go good luck You know i actually drive this car to and from work. without working lihgts i cant drive it on a public road. this 850R is a BTCC Replica, not the real thing. it is still a regular Volvo. It is going to be a customized car like my other two cars. That said, here's the latest developments on Project BTCC. Started reapplying some of the decals BEFORE AFTER paint actually shines BEFORE AFTER updated mobile device. LOL BEFORE AFTER didnt get to to the auto trader number sign yet. got lazy Added foglights from my v70 to this car since i had them laying around. BEFORE AFTER Plans for the front bumper include the Volvo Motorsport checkered flag, rockers are getting JL Audio, Pioneer and Recaro, rear bumper on the side is going to get compustar Pro auto security. for the new hood number decal, i am putting auto trader dot com on it.
