The best and easiest is a Manual Boost Control from http://www.dawesdevices.com.

Get a set of IPD sway bars from http://www.ipdusa.com.

I don´t know what yearmodel you are going to buy but I do a lot of 940 upgrades.

Do you want to go fast for low money, do like this:

# 16T turbo

# 3" exhaust all the way.

# VX Cam (Can be bought at Volvo)

# Injectors

# K&N Cone-filter

# Ecu upgrade, both fuel and ignitionbox.

# LSD (If you want nice 0-60 or drag)

Mounted this on a -98 Classic, 285 bhp and 0-100 km/h on a low 5 sek.

This makes a 940 a real sleeper at the stoplights! :D

Feel free to ask, made many of these kits over the years.

The 940 are a 1993. Turbo bricks also had some really good info Thanks. A couple of new factors need to be complicated however... My neighbor has a 1991 960 turbo with under 85,000 miles. The car is in great condition (inside/outside) and he is willing to sell it at a very reasonable price. My wife has a 2004 V-70 2.5t that I will aquire some day.

All three choices will be good for modifications (Feel free to agree or disagree) but I can only choose one option. Do I cash in early on the 940 or 960? Or do I wait for the V-70?
