You shouldn't have to remove the bumper and headlights if you're just installing bulbs. I can't even reach my hand in there to remove the stock low beam. I also need a good place to mount the ballast. Is the bumper removal the same in 01-04? Ihatespeedbumps Posted February 25, 2010 Report Share Posted February 25, 2010 I haven't removed one in quite some time, so this may not be accurate. If I remember correctly the headlights can be removed without taking the bumper off. There should be two flat metal pins that slide right out and let you remove the assembly.
