Ring at the bottom is Broken This one is pretty beat up on one side and a small crack on the back. I tried to take pictures of the damage. This one is in the best shape. It has a small crack on the top right front part of the case that is not visible from the front. IIRC you turn the key from position 0 to position 2, 5 times quickly and press one of the buttons on the fob. My dealer did it free of charge.
