Kevin.
My 95 850 thinks that everything is Celsius rather than Fahrenheit! The car was originally purchased at the factory in Sweden and I dislocated the battery while I was working on it and I cannot figure out how to get it to change back to Fahrenheit. It displayed in Fahrenheit before I dislocated the battery and I think it went back to factory settings. Any help is appreciated!

Push both black buttons on the dash panel at the same time and you should cycle through 12 / 24 hour clock and c f temp. Hope this is useful
