Porsche Calipers

Alright so IPD's bbk kit for the 850 seems to be out of stock. And I've been searching here forever I can't seem to find any places to buy the 993 tt calipers other than ebay. I found them on a website though...are these the exact ones I need for 330mm rotors?.... Link

Also if anyone could suggest better place to buy them that would be great.

Thanks!!

http://www.jpamporschejaguarparts.com/ great prices!

yup...that's where I got mine. Easily the cheapest on the internet Porsche calipers.

Anyone got a deal on 2-pc front R-rotors? I've found some WP Pros for $700 a pair.

Two-pc rotors are a waste of money unless you track the car alot! I have S60R Xdrilled/slotted Rotors with my 993TT Calipers and they look great!

OK, but do you know where I can waste <$700 on a pair of 2pc rotors?

No. Being more expensive just makes them more expensive. It has no practical effect on steetability. Once you buy them and have paid the money for the rotor hats, replacing the rotors themszelves is not that much more expensive than buying new 1 piece rotors anyways.

Yes, I agree.

Now I'm trying to find them for cheaper than $700 a pair (WP Pro Slotteds)

The car isn't running yet, but if I can't find them cheaper, I'll go with these.

Um... No. Rings are still considerably more expensive than 1-pc rotors.

There's a reasone why most aftermarket brake manufacturers don't list the price for replacents. I bet you'd sell considerably fewer sets if you told people out right that they would be spending $600 on rings every 10-12 months.

Hahaha in that case wanna buy some rotors? Your pricing sucks, apparently.

Replacements for 13" stop tech kits are $200 each in slotted and $250 each for drilled in 13". You won't find many 13" 1 piece rotors much cheaper than that.

I have a 355mmx32mm Brembo GT kit on my car with 1 piece rotors and I've priced out 2 piece. The hats are the expensive part, after that it isn't much more. If you're paying 600 each for 13" replacements you're getting bent over. What brakes do you have?

Again, unless its track focused its not worth it! Plus the 2-pc are triple the cost of say S60R Rotors, and if you Cryo the R rotors you get alot more wear and lower temps!
