grocerygetter
My wife's car isn't warming up fast enough, usually about 20 mins on the highway to get there. My guess is the thermostat. Does anyone know where it is and how hard it is to replace. My old 850's was very simple to do, but I lifted the hood on the S40 and couldnt find it anywhere. Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks in advance.

The thermostat is in a black plastic thermostat housing under the intake manifold against the block...you'd have to remove the airbox assembly to access it
