leet5r Posted March 23, 2010 Report Share Posted March 23, 2010 hi guys am new to this site. well am from england and over here we only have the 16,18 and 19t which is a direct bolt on , i have a manual saloon t5r in olive green that needs more power , i have seen a few post of poeple with a 20g . i had a quick look to see what these were and there off the td05 and td06 series turbo , what is involed with this sort of upgrade. cheers and how do you read messages that you have already read , thanks guys Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
lookforjoe Posted March 23, 2010 Report Share Posted March 23, 2010 This my HRC 20g Install Thread. Since you're FWD, it'll be somewhat easier to deal with the plumbing. I fabricated steel oil/water lines, some use flexible line w/AN fittings. clock the compressor housing, & retap for the actuator.. You'll have to fabricate a custom DP, of course.
