samadkins29
LOL 7 years, it doesnt stay on for nearly that long, 3 at the most. My advice, select the "mitigation" option on the back of the ticket. They will give you a court date OR the option to write an explanation and mail it back in. Ive gotten 3 speeding tickets, and a few other ones. I always mitigate and then send in a written explanation, since taking the better half of a day off from work is going to cost me more than just paying for the ticket....... Fin-Solo
Well thanks for all the input everyone, My dad told me he would call his attorney, so there will hopefully be no record and Besides paying more, it will be worth it in the long run. Upgrayedd
7 years full abstract, however most insurance companies only look at the most recent 3 years. I still have infractions brought up by police officers when I'm pulled over that are 8+ yrs old

The Big Tuna
I personally would never suggest Mucklestone. If she is too busy she sends one of her idiotic lackies to the rescue, and they all probably went to the animal house school of law. Plus she's hella exspensive! You gotta get a lawyer though, sometimes they work magic
