Zappo
Having a hard time finding an E5 socket for the bolts. I changed this out years ago, but not sure how I did it now. Any ideas?

Zappo
http://www.amazon.co...5/dp/B0002JMJD0 Thanks. Ordered. Less than half the cost of other places I found. 5/32 socket and be careful. This why Dave has a stripped one? :)
Matty Moo
This why Dave has a stripped one? He has never said how he did it. I've done it on 4 cars that have seen salt their entire life and the bolts came free relatively easily. I have an e-5, it just doesn't fit down there as well as my 5/32 does. Zappo
Well, I have a stripped one now. I have 3 bolts out, one left. Nothing is working on it. The E5 removed 2 of them, E6 removed another one.
Matty Moo
I'd bust out the dremel with a small wheel and a mirror. cut a notch in the stripped bolt and take a screwdriver to it. There's very little torque holding them in.

There's very little torque holding them in. I changed it out before, so most likely I messed it up on the install. I tried the mirror and dremel yesterday, but I couldn't reach it. I will try to access it from under the car next, or try to use pliers on it. Worst case I will grind it off.

This is what I am trying on Sunday. I am REALLY getting tired of the ABS activating on stops.

7 VII 7
So I got mine out... it is still doing the vibration when braking... that is normal with it out right? lol ABS light on. Money ready!
Zappo
Mine is still in by one bolt. Hopefully it will loosen itself up. Once it is out the E5 bolts won't be going back in. I will replace them with something better. I have another one that I can send back now and will do that tomorrow.
