While data logging, I noticed that my AFRs are a constant 14.7 - regardless of throttle position. I don't have any codes Is this a sign of a bad ETM, or something else. Have you checked intercooler pipes and vacuum lines? Or possibly CBV leak or wastegate. If it's not getting the boost until that late it will stay close to 14.7 at all cost.
