S40 2004 1.9L Engine What Order Do The Coils Go?

I have an S40 2004.0 not 2004.5 1.9l engine what order do the coils go on the pistons 2 and 4? When I bought I got the car used with the 2 ignition coils on pistons 3 and 4. After 6 months of using it I went to Emission inspection They read a PO303 error which I did not get before, but it did start to shake a day otr two before I went to get the Inspection. Like a misfire on piston 3 as the po303 error says. Also I was getting a PO128 error/corrected low temperature: by changing the anti-freeze, changing the termostat, and ect sensor, then PO456 also corrected, gas cap seal cracked.

So I went to Autozone they have a print out that show the coils on Pistons 2 and 4, which seems reasonable, the Volvo people are too busy at 3.00pm to answer me where they go.

The wire lengths is like for positions 3 and 4, but the person that worked on it before selling it to me could have done something strange or did not know

because we see silicon in the wire and the rubber boot, which is not OEM. Also, my car is a salvaje unit from a front end small crash(I guess), it has no air bags.

HELP. please I have been through hell.

The coils are on cylinders 3 and 4.

The #1 wire plugs into the #3 coil and #2 wire goes to coil on #4.

Sir you are totally correct, the attachment is for another model of motor, Autozone is wrong. Please ignore this attachment it is bogus.

There are no mounting holes for the coils in any other place. Thanks so much for your help. For everybody out there I was getting a PO303 but it was the 4th coil piston that was bad, so perhaps the computer can only read to #3 like a 3 year old.

Lesson learned today is, check all coils and plugs always if you have the hood up and the covers off why not.
