64pvolvo1800
Friend of mine has this 89 740 and the brake lights are not working. The fuse is good and the switch is good with 12v coming through. I can jump 12v to the brake lights circuit at the rear and all three brake lights light up, L<R<Center, but I don't have a print on the car. Can anybody post one up or tell me where the power goes between the pedal switch and the stoplights?
firepuma
Is that giant red oil can looking thing under the radio behind the storage what you are calling the fuse? Just wondering because on my 90 740 that brake ballast went and i lost all brake lights. Grabed one off a junker for five bucks. Dealer wanted 90.
