Open for offers First - OEM Volvo S40 Intercooler - BRAND NEW - NEVER USED. I picked this up when I was toying with the dual intercooler idea. $50 plus shipping This here is mocked up on an 850 - notice you can push it all the way forward into the bumper. Picture compared to a Precision 300HP intercooler (not for sale) Another comparison: Next up is a SRT4 intercooler. This could be muscled into an 850 with some creativity (condenser delete) and some cutting. Interesting core. The core is 2.75" thick x 24" length x 6" high.
