If not, why not? It's not like there aren't enough blanks to do it on the instrument panel and the harness + switch brand new is $36.96 + shipping. It makes a slick addition - I did it on the C70. Part# 9204656-4 If you insist on putting it in the coin holder it's easily done since your connection point is the back of the radio and then you would pull the wires down (might need to lift the center console (look up how to replace the shifter bulb on Bay 13 ) and drill a hole in the coin holder. ohsleeper Posted May 20, 2010 Author Report Share Posted May 20, 2010 well i havent totally made up my mind...it just seemed like $40 for a switch that you could dyi for ~$5 seemed a bit ridiculous. but i do like the oem+ mods...so we'll see. that bay 13 write up got me thinking again about putting my ipod adapter in the center console. i wish it was more comfortable to reach while driving though. i just dont like the wire hanging out. <_< Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Burn-E Posted May 20, 2010 Report Share Posted May 20, 2010 See what Borton charges - Tasca is offering the same price I got from Darrell Waltrip Volvo before they quit selling over the internet (cheapest price available for OEM). And the kit includes both the switch and a very nice harness - most what I have seen people selling at VS is just the switch.
