Jippi 855 GLT Posted May 25, 2010 Report Share Posted May 25, 2010 all states are different when it comes to accidents. in nj and pa my experience is when the cops are called they need to make an appearance on the scene. when my 850 got rear ended and the other car had more damage then mine the cops came out and the insurance adjuster said that if i didnt call the cops he has a right not to pay out. im pretty sure that cali is pretty strict on this.. I can't understand why someone would do this to a perfectly good car.
