AirbusGuy Posted May 26, 2010 Report Share Posted May 26, 2010 Folks, I have a 2004 C70 HPT convertible with which I would like to tow a small trailer. I need a heavier duty spring to support the additional weight without the rear end sagging to much. I have an S70 which I swapped in some V70 rear springs and it did the trick perfectly. However, the C70 spring selection is odd. Volvo seems to custom spring the C70 with spring sets from letter code "A" to code "K". I inquired at the dealer, they carry only 2 spring types and he had no idea which was the heavier spring. See swedishautoparts.com for the chart of springs and shocks available.
