bengallegos
hey so the service light (not check engine light) came on recently in my 99 v70r. it turns off after a couple minutes or so of running the car. i knew i needed a tranny flush soon so i just did it myself (with the help of this awesome thread.) i thought that might have been the problem but the light still comes on . any ideas on what else it could be? maybe i just need a reset code or somethin? my obd scanner won't reset it. Not sure of reset on a 99 but it doesnt mean squat!

Kira
Hello, Your lucky you have a 1999. You can do it yourself easily WITHOUT the $80(and up)reset tool. Search "service light reset". Kira
