JehovArob
Wow, that's sweet.Anyone know of something like that that's currently avaliable? I would love to have a cd changer in my dash. Also, how do cd changers work, as far as compatability issues?

It cleary shows a single din radio in an 850... (from what I can tell = wood trim) what's up with that?
mase001
That has got to be CD storage and not a changer right?? I mean there is cleary not enough room for the CD to be sucked in further to be brought over the laser. And if it holds 8, there is no room for the laser to go between the disc. My bet is that it held 8 cd's and you ejected them by pushing the button and then inserting it in the cd player????What do you guys think?Mason

In the first pic, you can see that it is completely made out of plastic and there are not air vents. If it were a cd changer, it would have a metal frame and such. Also, look at the box in the first pic (top right corner): it looks to read "CD-POX" which I would interpret as "CD Pockets". In regards to the single-din Volvo radio in the first pic, it is probably a Euro thing, or some other non-U.S. country option.
theunderlord
Good eye. It is definitely just for storage. ←then why the hell would you want it? seems hokey.. If it was an in dash CD changer that would be one thing, but just storage? <_<
Gregg
then why the hell would you want it? seems hokey.. If it was an in dash CD changer that would be one thing, but just storage? ←It holds 8 CDs (no cases) as opposed to the standard pocket that only holds 3CDs in cases. I seriously might consider this if I can get a part number for it. I hardly ever use CD cases anymore, and this is nicer looking than having a visor-mounted CD holder, IMO.Those 4 small black things on either side (in columns, alternating levels) are buttons to eject the tray to hold each cd. Kind of odd though. The picture on the box shows it installed in an S70, but I still haven't found a picture of an S70 with a single din radio. Lets me get 6 CDs into one of those 3 CD pockets.
