How was that 850 RWD conversion? :D

It's because I drive a FWD car with prodigious levels of torque steer that I can make that statement. I definitely prefer RWD/AWD over FWD - you can't expect the same level of performance out of a car that has to both power the car and steer with the same set of wheels. Physics dictates that you can't do one without sacrificing the other once you reach a certain level of driving. Grip isn't infinite!

uh, yeah... some of you young guys don't know how lucky you are.....

I really envy my friend's 540i :( , all it did was make me sure I find a Type-S with navigation. Having that completes the look of the interior. Now honestly, I would say he's wayyyy more lucky than me, his car will drill mine in every aspect, but to talk about reliability, his clunch burnt to hell on his way back from NC where he got the car, so now a dealership around here is doing the car for him, for free...And he's not a bad driver at all, I don't know what happened but it's covered.

But nah I think it's all about people's perspectives on it. There's some kids out right now my age I've seen driving brand new M3's, Hummer's, 996 Turbo's, you name it...Now do I agree with letting kids have nice cars so young? Yes. Do I think it's a little on the spoiled/lucky side? Yes. But if we can handle it, (Which some of us can't) then I say go for it, SPOIL YOUR KIDS!!!!!!@@!@@! :excl:

Acura 3.2TL Type-S

Well after tooons of searching, here's the most likely candidate. No matter what I'm getting an S after New Years, I'd really like Navigation but I can't find a reasonable one...This one seems like a deal, I did a carfax report and couldn't really understand it, all it did was confirm the miles and tell me the car was bought at a wholesale auction for like $16,000 in Central Florida??? (OK). I'm partial about the color, green isn't really a favorite, but at night I'm sure the car would look pretty black. Most other TL's I've seen are running for about 19-22g's, way overpriced if you ask me.

Eh...I'd pass on it if I were you. You're never going to happy with the car if it's not the color you want, plus it doesn't have nav (which I find to the best in the industry, still better than any other navigation system I've used).

I'd be patient and wait for a nice deal on an Agean Blue Pearl, Satin Silver Metallic, or Nighthawk Black Pearl on black leather, preforably with a 6-speed and nav. Really nice car.

Yeah good advice, I think that's what I'm gonna end up doing. I'm going to wait out until after new years and see if anything better pops up. That TL I showed has lowwww miles and such a right price to compliment it, and I have been fooling with the guy through e-mail contact and a couple phone calls here and there and I've talked him down to $16,500 which is a total STEAL, even though I baaaadly want that navi, if that car is still on the lot by the end of New Year's week then I guess I'm going to go with that.

But yeah, you do make a point, I don't think I would be too happy with my car gleeming swamp green in the sun haha.

You should see my post over at Acurazines.com you basically listed the colors I want in order. Monterey Blue Pearl, Nighthak Black Pearl, and Satin Silver Metallic and the black interior is just so clean looking.

Wouldn't believe my luck...

I joined a Acura forum, and I'm talking to the guys about the car I posted earlier in this thread. Everyone's like "yeaaah go for it, it looks like a pure deal, looks to be in good shape, nice color!!" bla bla bla. Well today, some guy that's a member of the forum who happens to live close to me tells me he recently test drove the same exact car. AND that he drove it hard as monkey when he test drove it and got pulled over (Even posted the ticket he got). But the big deal is that the car I was about to get at the end of the week happenes to be a WRECKED car. Once he told me I went to look at it, sure enough the front end of the car obviously looks like it had damage repair and the airbag lids were not seated properly. So by God's grace I avoided that little piece of stuff, and now I'm on the search for a better TL, which I think I've already found.
