theunderlord
spend more than $225, but less than $300 and you'll be hooked up playa! I'm a big fan of JVC and Kenwood.
wattsat
I have a new Panasonic on the way, but after looking a little more I think I should have bought a Clarion. Here is the Panasonic I just bought.http://www2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/store...Model=CQ-C8400U$215.00 on EbayHere is the Clarion I should have bought.http://www.clarion.com/usa/product/index.p...oduct=DXZ845MC#$215 on EbayThe key difference in the Panasonic is that it has 5V pre outs. I have also had several people inform me that Panasonic makes a good HU. The Clarion has pre outs but they are not 5V. Most likely 2V or 3V. The Clarion is Sirrus Ready and has a feature that allows you to Rip up to 80 Songs to internal memory in the HU. Plus the Clarion would look better in my dash. Either way, it is possible to find good HU's on Ebay for half of MSRP.

Veneficus
not gonna get much for under 150...←Yeah, Kevin nailed it. Go for something around $225-300. You'll be disapointed with anything less. I'm also a huge fan of JVC heads.
