Rebuilt Abs Modules

Recommended Posts

$50, plus a $30 core charge. Free shipping within the ConUs only. 96-98 Tracs, Non-Tracs and some 99-2000. Lifetime Warranty.

I send you a rebuilt module. You install it WHEN you get it, and return your old one back to me. It's an exchange, you return it within 14 days with a tracking number. Not a month or 7 weeks. They take all of 25 minutes or less to put in. If you run into a stripped bolt or something like that, let me know. If you don't have time to put it in wait to buy one until you do. It's one of the easier things to do.

I won't take back anything that is burned, broken up, sawed open, slathered with silicone/rtv, water damage, holes, cracks or has a BBA-RE*** sticker on it. If it does have a BBA sticker on it, don't bother pulling it off and sending it back that way. I'll figure it out.

Know what is on your car. I won't tell you how to install it, there's a maintenance section for that. If you've blown an axle boot clean the grease off of your wheel sensors before buying another module. A module is just one part in the system, other things go bad also such as frayed wiring, dirty/bad sensors, etc.

If you want one, PM me with what year you have and whether you have Tracs, STC, etc. I typically ship the same day via priority mail, with a tracking number.

If anyone is on the fence with Matt with all these L8APEX and Hood Trick issues, I have bought from him a recent as 2 weeks ago. Sales, refunds, and calls were done PROMPTLY!

Like matty said, these ABS systems have several components to them. It could be ABS modules plus corroded wires. My 850R had bad abs, and two bad front sensor wires. my friend had a 98 s70 with just a bad sensor and two bad modules.

I had to wait 1 week before matty got a core back so he could send mine out. you can send him yours to rebuild too, its about 1 week via flat rate parcel post round trip travel time!

ABS Light on, Get moving and send matty your module. BBA Re man does suck, i have one of those $135 ebay rebuilds in one of my cars, that was a 3rd time was a charm repair and i paid shipping each and every time!

I haven't sent mine in yet since im not sure when im moving the car and don't want to risk driving w/ no module at all...but in my PMs with him he is knowledgeable of the system. He knows what he is doing...and he can help you out.

I'm with him, don't get mad when you get yours back and it turns out to be a dirty wheel sensor...vol-fcr gives you the ABS codes, so if you've got lights i'd recommend checking that first.

Either way good guy, lifetime warranty, AND the cheapest and prob near best quality, your going to get. Can't wait to send mine in! I know i'll definitely sleep easier afterward!

Definitely Volv FCR. Abs srs service lights etc... :D

The Abs module is bound to fail. For 50$ it's worth proactively replacing.

Anyways: back to Matt's sale and his great Abs services.

Amazing.

Even with the core charges, people still aren't returning them. And it's only here on VS. The eBay people pay almost $70 with no core charge and they always return them. My loss rate on VS is at 10% and zero everywhere else.

Some of you guys need to grow up and go with what you agreed to. It's called responsibility. You agree to install it when you get it, then fuck me over. Not cool.

IF you can't follow through with the simple action of putting something back in a box and sending it out, then take your shit off of your car, send it out to one of the guys that charge over $100 and wait for it to come back. Don't fuck over members of the community that are taking care of you. You should also consider that your actions, or inaction, will always come back to bite you in the ass.

I bought a module from Matty a couple of months ago. I had to wait a week or so until he got a core in. He then contacted me that he had one available and I had it within two days, granted I live one state away. About 15 minutes later, no more ABS/TRACS light and zero problems since. Very professional job may I add, not some backyard hack job with RTV oozing out of the module or like some one opened it up with a hammer and chisel. Highly recommended.
