Mojav
Nice pictures of your install. I have a 1998 V70 GLT wagon with a stock sc-816 which i plan to replace with a Pioneer P3200bt. I'm curious about your bezel and fit kit. It looks tight and clean. What kit is this ? Is it a Metra or Scosche? My second interest is to be able to rever the install back to the sc-816 and mount the P3200bt elsewhere if and when i upgrade my wagon. Is your install planned with this in mind ? thanks, Mojav

Is your install planned with this in mind ? thanks, Mojav Here's my Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD in my 98 V70: To install a double Din unit in the stock opening, you'll need to remove the 2 plastic mounting tabs on the inside of the dash opening. If your unit doesn't come with a metal dash mount (aka "sleeve" or "pocket"), you will need to buy one. I used a GM mount for mine. I attached the metal dash mount to the Pioneer, placed it in the dash opening, then used the mounting tabs on the metal mount to lock the unit in place. I made the trim bezel with a piece of ABS sheet I had laying around, and fastened it with 3M foam double sided tape. Hope that helps
