R wagon
i know its possible but what are the repercussions if any with this ? I have 225's in the back now with no problems. Let me know your thoughts.
855
All depends on your car and if its lowered or not......
ozzimark
Personally, I wouldn't want to go any wider than 225 on a 7.5" wheel, from an aesthetic standpoint, and because 225 already rubs on my Comets at full lock Also, would you just go wider in the rear? Wouldn't that just make understeer worse?
tcyc1984
DON'T DO IT! Its what I'm running on my S70 right now, and rear tires rubbed the fender liners like crazy and I got a hole on the liner on one side Although I'm running stock suspension (sagged), I'm sure even if you are running with new shocks, it will rug if you have five passengers with some gears in the trunk. I'm thinking of either getting 215 or 225 tires, does 225 tire rubs anything?
R wagon
well I have 225's on right now with a Weitec Cup Kit on the car and I dont get rubbing in the front. It looks like I have about an inch to spare from the outside of the tire to the wheel well thats why im considering a wider tire or just putting in spacers.
