Where is the iPD tuned ecu I bought from you a month ago? You seem to log onto the boards frequently and post away, but you have not answered my PMs since July 21st. Common courtesy would be to respond to someone who has sent you several hundred dollars for an item, and it isn't that difficult to ship an ecu. Either ship me the ecu, or refund me my money. Some more details of the transaction: The price we agreed upon was sent below, but my bank account was hacked and my funds put on hold. So I had to meet with the manager to release a hold on my account which was done on the 15th of July. As a courtesy for my payment being late, I gave v4lve an additional $5 more than the price later that evening of the 15th. As you can see, the payments have cleared, the last PM I received on the 21st of July, he said it was coming, and now it's 3 weeks later with nothing... I've done business with car enthusiasts for over 10 years and haven't had a problem until now. I realize with me being relatively new here I may not have the credibility of other forum members who have been here longer, but a bad deal is a bad deal. You have my phone number and common sense would have led me to believe that if I was not current on vs you would have tried to contact me. As per our discussions and after the initial hold I got too caught up in my own affairs between working 70+ hrs a week and moving. Again not an excuse just letting you know my end if things. I attempted to send through company ups account but there is no record of even a pickup, which leads me to believe that it got stowed somewhere in the warehouse. I do intend to rectify and make good on our deal as it is hardly about the money. I already sold it at a loss and I am willing to do 1 of 3 things - first, if I don't find it by the time you specified a full refund + some, second regular post and 40 back, or overnight and 20 back. Ill probably post an addendum later but this is what I have to say for now on my phone. If you actually want to get in contact with me, you have my information. He is one of the few people i've seen who admits its unexscusable, something rare these days to see someone willing to admit fault and take self-responsibility. A resolution to our deal is coming, but regardless I cast him in a negative light. So v4lve, I apologize and hopefully there aren't any hard feelings.
