Guest Erich Menge
Hello, We just had the smoke test done at the dealership to locate an minor evap leak. They told us that it is the evap test pump, quoted us at $200 in parts, plus labor to equal $628. There is no way I'm spending that much on labor. I understand the pump up above the suspension? Is it drivers or passenger side? What steps should I take to get to it? If it is too much of a hassle I'll have the local independent shop do it, they don't charge nearly as much in labor.
