Guest psycho Posted September 19, 2010 Report Share Posted September 19, 2010 I have a 2000 Volvo S70 GLT Turbo that has been having some strange issues lately. Sometimes when driving, the brake warning light and ABS light will come on at the same time, and simultaneously the speedometer drops to zero and the digital odometer display goes all dashes (------). After a few minutes, it seems to reset itself, but then the cruise control may or may not work. At other times when this happens, if I come to a stop, and then start moving again, it seems to be stuck in a high gear, and then the shift arrow starts blinking. Once it resets itself the shift arrow keeps blinking until the car has been shut off and started a couple of times. Obviously, there is some kind of a computer or electrical issue involved here. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and knows what might need to be replaced or looked into. Thanks for any help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

831t5r Posted September 19, 2010 Report Share Posted September 19, 2010 Maybe u have an ignition electrical solenoid problem, my headlights wouldn't work turn signal or wipers but cycling the key would always fix it.
