cheapwagon
Just as a caution to everyone be really careful when you replace the hose. Those Vac trees become brittle over time and can break really easy. The bolt that holds the vac tree down can be a bitch to get out also.
StylinMotors
Thanks for clarifying and posting a pic... 2 in my future. Both the 850's are pushing >stock boost levels, only a matter of time before these go. Whats the recommended clamp? Use either a lined band clamp or a spring band clamp. Leo850T5
Stylin hoses are the best, I bought some 2 years ago for my 850 and they were just perfect. You have to start offering kits for Saabs!

Reximus
Just a quick question, why is everyone replacing this hose? do they rip that often? once every other hose is replaced (commonly available) this will be the last weakest link there... and yes i have ripped mine before, mainly due to age and oil soaked
StylinMotors
Just a quick question, why is everyone replacing this hose? do they rip that often? We have had a lot of requests to make this hose over the years so I guess people find it a troublesome one.
Oreo931
Just a quick question, why is everyone replacing this hose? do they rip that often? Mine has cracked before, and instead of buying a new one from the dealer, I'd rather spend the extra $15 to $20 and get one that is going to last forever and match the rest of my hoses. Bah
As previously stated, its just a common hose to go. I remember a post from way back, when ppl were told that this hose couldn't be made, of a guy who kept blowing these hoses left and right...and anyone making serious boost is gonna blow this sooner or later..Next time i order from stylin i'm going to throw one in my cart that's for sure
volvo940tuner
Yeah, these hoses are generally soft and rip over time. I ripped it the other week just by moving it around slightly and now it leaks like its its job. Like Adam said, its worth the extra coin for the peace of mind. StylinMotors
As with all of our hoses we manufacture. They are made here in USA not China or India. It makes a difference. Most hoses made in China have been tested over and over again, and they are not 100% silicone. They use less expensive material with fillers which severly decreases the quality and life of the product.
