dublin14 Posted October 16, 2010 Report Share Posted October 16, 2010 Look, my goal is to get into racing. I got the seats very cheap, (knock offs, but still same quality) and I really like them. Usually I bug the people involved with NASA, SCCA etc. to death about regulations and such, but right now you are one that I will outright avoid. And also, i too consider those mods small. But at 20 years old, in school 36 hours a week learning as much as I can about cars, and working 20+ hours every weekend at poking chuck e. cheeses to pay for it all, I don't think I'm doing too bad. Maybe you should jump down from your pedestal, assuming you're good enough to get on one, and instead of shitting on the people aspiring to do what you do, maybe help them out. Of all the different types of drivers on this forum, I would have figured someone of your profession to be a bit more supportive; but people just keep proving me wrong, must be some new trend. PS: Read what it says underneath my signature. I couldn't give two I crapped my pants and I love how it feels about what other people think about me or my car and whether or not they laugh at it.. Oh please!!! take your maxi pad out! And WTF is this pedestal BS?? And for the record, i just said to you ""GL with the rest of the car"" in my last post. The point is, and still is, that driving around in a stock S70 with racing seats is hilarious to look at . Hey if me saying racing seats in a stock Volvo sedan is the defenition of confusion, and that makes someone angry, then too bad! To the avg guy that sees that on the street and knows nothing of what you wish to have in future plans, thats right up there with 747 wings on Civics, or a 5.0L badge on 4 banger mustangs.
