Mossback Posted October 18, 2010 Report Share Posted October 18, 2010 Not sure what's up, I was really pissed to see a dent in my hood on Friday, but wasn't exactly sure where it came from., (thank goodness it will PDR OK) I've got a 60 foot Cedar tree right next to the driveway.The squirrels there have been really noisy lately but in 20 years I've never had a problem, until now. Did some work outside over the weekend and saw that the critters were bombing the driveway with .5lb to 1 lb green pine cones. Is it illegal on private property if you use a bb gun? My folks in MD can shoot deer on their land if they wanted too, my dad pops them with the bb gun just to scare them way. For MD I know you have to live on more than 2 acres, not sure if it has to be deer season or not... I'm sure the hunters and gun owners will speak up. I live in the Peoples Republic of Portland, I can't even cut down a small tree on my own property without a permit. (if caught) wife is an Ellie May too, lovers her little critters.
